At Viva Maria, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because each item is produced only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Ordering the wrong item

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please carefully review all product details, measurements, and sizing information before placing your order.

Defective or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To report an issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the defect

Only manufacturing defects or printing errors are eligible for review. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or customer preferences.
